Fluoride is a substance added to toothpaste to help prevent tooth decay in both children and adults. Fluoride strengthens teeth weak spots.

5. Include calcium-rich foods diet

Instruct well your children about eating habits. Make sure they rinse their mouth well after having the food. They should sip some water after they eat something and take precautions not to take sticky food.
